Direction for use: Wrap around abdomen area and recommended to use a waist trainer on top for extra support. Clean skin before applying tape - no lotion or any oils. Recommended time to leave tape on the skin is 3-5 days. Can be worn while working out, under clothing, sleeping, or performing any physical activity.
