Q: The waist trainer did not fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?

A: Yes. You will have 14 days from the arrival date of package to exchange the product for a different size. NO refunds only EXCHANGES as per policy.

Q: How will I know which size to order?

A: Please refer our size chart. The best way to find your correct size is by measuring your waist and using the size chart. If needed further assistance in choosing the correct size you may contact us via email which the contact information can be found on our contact us page. The information that should be included in the inquiry should be ex. (waist measurement, jean size, hip measurement) and a picture if possible and we will be able to help you select the correct size.

Q: What if I am in between 2 sizes? 

A: If in between sizes we recommend you choose a size up.

Q: I just had surgery and need a Post-op full body Waist trainer how can I get one? 

For a custom made waist trainer you will have to get fitted either in person or via Video call. You can shoot us an email via the contact information page, once a request has been made we will proceed further. 

Q: How should I care for my waist trainer products?

A: Hand wash, use soft soap, do not use bleach, do not twist, air dry, Do not iron. Wash by hand once a week or as needed.
